About the Space

All bookings include available lighting, stands and 1 PA speaker as needed at no extra cost. 6,000 SF film and photo studio with two separate sides. One side has an LED wall and large CYC wall, the other side has film sets. There are separate bathrooms on each side and makeup stations. There is a large common area for guests and clients, climate controlled, internet, refrigerator, microwave, tables and chairs. The studio has a massive roll up door that vehicles can drive in for unloading or film/photo shoots. The CYC wall comes with overhead iPad controlled lights as part of the hourly rate. The LED wall is an hourly add on. LED wall is $300HR / 2HR minimum Currently one side of the building is under construction while we finish building out our film sets. Some sets may be available at the time of booking, but please message for details or any specific needs. Current film sets available are: doctors office and vintage room. More to come ... If you need more than 10 people for you shoot, please just message me for approval. There is an up-charge for groups over 10 people. Bookings M-F between 9AM - 5PM are 2HR minimum Weekends are 4HR minimum bookings. For bookings longer than 4 hours please message for special pricing.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
