Large house built in the 1880's. Some parts of the house renovated to be a bit more modern and some spots are still old school. Front foyer has original wood work! Kitchen table seats 8-10. Living room is cozy. Large open kitchen for meals or catering. Getting ready area "Glam Landing" on the second floor includes 5 mirrors and space to plug in and get ready! 5 bedrooms with rom com themes for different styles. Outdoor area is great! Front porch includes a small seating area. Back deck has twinkle lights + 2 picnic tables. Back yard has 16 red chairs + a gas fire table. Side yard has space for yard games + a gas grill for guest use

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
