About the Space
Welcome to Teamfoxx Creative Yard. This is a huge space with endless possibilities. You may utilize this space for photoshoots & video-shoots. I dont mind if you build your own set etc. There is a 10x7 Abstract Mural on the fence, which appears 3D meaning the tree top from the painting is actually a real tree in my neighbors yard. It looks really cool. Im a creative so im open for great ideas and direction for the yard. Yard might be around 850 SQFT Disclaimer: please come to location shoot ready and have all your essentials in place. Sunroom can be used on certain circumstances but I encourage to come to the shoot fully equipped. This space is available for: - photo/film shoots - content creation - vlogging - film shoots - commercials - etc Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
