Welcome to our 10,000 sqft luxury Timberwood lodge, located just 10 minutes from Huntsville Ontario. Professionally decorated by award winning designer Angela Jones, this executive home is an ideal space for retreats, corporate events, mastermind gatherings and brand or product photoshoots. With an upper level, main floor and fully finished lower walkout level, the lodge can accommodate at least 40 people comfortably, and can sleep up to 20 people, with all bedrooms having an adjoining bathroom. The main floor features a grand entryway and lounge area with soaring 30’ ceilings. This space has been used as a discussion area, spa service lounge and yoga space. The gourmet kitchen is fully appointed, with high end appliances, two dishwashers and 6’ wine fridge. The centre island is over 12’ long and perfect for buffet style food service. Two harvest tables can accommodate 20 people for seated dinner service, or an ideal space for a boardroom type presentation space. On either side of the kitchen are doors opening up to the wrap around porch overlooking the forest and canal. Opposite the foyer is the grand living room, featuring floor to ceiling windows, creating a bright and open meeting space. Also on the main level is a 2-piece bathroom, private “Whiskey tasting” room with wet bar and seating for two, storage rooms and the Master Suite. The Whisky Room is a great space for having one-on-one meetings, or for speakers to have quiet time before their talks. Upstairs you will find two more bedroom suites with King sized beds, ensuites & wall-mounted TV’s, an office with desk and lounge seating and Mezzanine with couch & chairs that overlooks both the foyer lounge and grand living room. The lower level features high ceilings and wide hallways, making the space bright and airy. A second living room can be found on this level, with couches, chairs, bar-top seating, 75” tv, pool table and 4-piece bathroom. The lower level also has 2 More bedroom suites. One bedroom includes two King beds plus a separate attached bedroom with Double bed and ensuite bathroom. The second suite includes 2 Queen sized beds, double custom bunk bed, ensuite bathroom and couch & sitting area with large wall-mounted tv. All rooms on the lower level walk-out to the back of the property, which offers beautiful views od the forest and is extremely private. The two-acre property sits on the top of a hill, that leads down to the water. A brand new dock has been installed, with kayaks and stand-up paddles boards available. Of course, what is a lodge in Canada without fire pits and Muskoka Chairs, which you will find throughout the property.
