Located an hour outside of Chicago, this beautiful space has a full-service recording studio to shoot a range of videos and podcasts, all inside of a cozy 2-bedroom home with a full kitchen on the waterfront of McHenry County. Whether you are creating content for YouTube, TikTok, Reels, or any other marketing campaigns, the 12' x 12' recording space in the basement area is fully sound proof, and includes lighting, tripods, and microphones. There are 3 different backdrops (white, black, and wood), and multiple decor items to choose from so you can personalize the space for your brand. Health and Safety Measures

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings. The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected. Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
