Ghost Tree Ranch is an 1,100 square foot, 2 bedroom/1 bath home with a separate studio located on a private road. The fenced lot is more than 5 acres. The exterior of the property exudes a rustic charm reminiscent of a bygone era. Red paint, corrugated tin and rusty iron pieces hint at a ranch that once was. The lot is surrounded by thousands of acres of BLM land along the Chisholm Boulder Fields. The neighborhood is sprinkled with just a few neighbors. There are 360 degree mountain, desert and boulder views and lots of privacy. In the Main House, antiques, rough hewn wood trim, doors and rustic furniture dominate the space. There is only one bathroom on septic. Larger crews will need portable bathroom service (available locally). The Studio is set up for music in one room and and a bedroom in the other. The interior of the studio is rustic recording, with corner traps and sound baffles covered in burlap and rough hewn wood. Utilize both buildings making it the perfect spot for your next rustic shoot. There are 8 covered exterior patios, 12' X 16' stage and various outbuildings. There is also a vintage '70s Silver Streak trailer (exteriors only). There are, literally, tons of rustic props available, too.
