Fully equipped with AV projection, an oversized dry erase board, folding tables and chairs, and adaptable layouts for both lecture and interactive formats. Wellness-Ready Atmosphere The space easily transforms into a serene wellness studio with color-adjustable ambient LED lighting, a full mirrored wall, and enhanced sound control—ideal for yoga, sound baths, or movement workshops. Private Therapy Room (available as an add-on) Perfect for one-on-one consultations, bodywork sessions, or breakout appointments. Guest-Friendly Kitchenette Enjoy a welcoming refreshment station featuring a microwave, mini-fridge, tea kettle, coffee maker, complimentary snacks, and Berkey-filtered water. Accessibility & Convenience Ground-floor, ADA-compliant restroom and easy access to outdoor grassy areas—great for breakout sessions, photoshoots, or breathwork in nature. CAPACITY: Classroom: 25–40 guests Total venue: Up to 50 guests BOOKINGS & FEES: All bookings are subject to owner approval to ensure the best fit for your event. Cleaning fee: $75 for up to 25 guests. Additional $75 applies for groups over 25 or when food is served. Private therapy room available for an additional fee. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
