About the Space
East Barn is a residential stone Barn conversion with large garden, orchard and field. We have a beautiful 'french style' enclosed stone courtyard. The conversion was carried out circa 2005, but the building is much older. The large living room with a double height vaulted ceiling is ideal to transform into smaller spaces with plenty of room for lighting. In addition, there is a separate freestanding building housing a recording studio and additional spaces including lighting rig and studio kitchen. There is plenty of space for parking for large and small vehicles.

Our spaces are thoroughly cleaned after every shoot. Toilet areas are sanitised and checked as required during a shoot
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
