California Modern Urban Tropical Oasis with Garden and Deck in the heart of LA

This space is great for photo shoots and small-ish gatherings that would like to meet in a beautiful outdoor area. The space has lots of beautiful plants, a black wall surrounding the yard, a modern black back-house, a large deck with 4 lounger chairs, and a 6-chair outdoor dining area with umbrella. There are many cactus and other plants throughout, as well as a small raised garden bed, a chicken coop with 4 chickens, and an apple tree in the back of the yard (if there is fruit on the tree - help yourself!). Past groups have hosted family gatherings, special occasions (like a baby dedication) and birthday parties, and brought in tables and chairs to add to the dining table that is provided. There are string lights that give a cozy ambiance in the evening, and guests will have access to the bathroom in our main house.
