About the Space
The house is green, yellow and red on the exterior with a porch that has a swing and other furniture. The interior has bright colored walls and William Morris draperies and arts and crafts style floor coverings (rugs). There's one bedroom downstairs with its own bath; a kitchen with turn of the century appliances; a living room with a fireplace (gas) and a dining room. There are two bedrooms and a bath upstairs plus a large room that can be made into another bedroom or workspace. One of the bedrooms has a small office space. The back yard is huge with a working fountain and several seating areas. There's also a Buddah fountain in the back.

Once the crew has cleaned up the house and/or exterior I also have a house cleaner who comes every week to do a thorough cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
