This space is ideal for photo shoots, video shoots and more. You have to access to book the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and backyard spaces. It features modern, retro furniture and big windows that allow direct sunlight to create a naturally well-lit space all throughout the day. Located near East LA, this 1,600 sq. ft single story location has ample street parking and driveway makes for easy load in. We run a very flexible operation and we are confident that our space can accommodate all of your events/productions needs. Please make sure to read all the rules and feel free to reach out if you have any questions or requests! Additional cleaning fees may apply depending on the productions and the number of crews.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
