The space is a spacious Victorian Art Nouveau-meets-Rock'n'Roll home is perfect for meetings, workshops, lectures, screenings (10x14' screen/projector), [see our Events page for parties/events, and Media Production for shoots]. Capacity is approximately 100 people (negotiable) throughout the rentable 2600 sq. ft. 1st floor space which includes 3 separate entrances, a huge Nola Gothic-inspired red and black Ballroom (45x19 ft /850 sq ft/ ) with stage (19x9ft), baby grand piano, guitars, basic mics/PA, sound/DJ booth, all leading into an open service/breakout space (665 sq ft) with antique bar, 3-4 bathrooms, large Moroccan-inspired kitchen/dining area, a cozy bedroom/breakout room, connecting to our screened-in Nouveau Patio (300 sq ft), hot tub, and lovely private backyard (400 sq ft). Upstairs a 2nd Kitchen/Dining Room and 4th bathroom are available for use with negotiation. We try to keep the outside noise down after 11pm for neighbors, midnight for Fri/Sat. But inside, the event can continue after midnight with negotiation. We can recommend outside catering, table/chair rentals, higher-end sound system (we have a simple PA and seating for about 70 throughout the 1st floor and garden). We can also provide/suggest staff, DJ, performers. Due to the age of the house we can't provide ADA accessibility for entry or bathrooms.

Professional cleaning services are provided in between each event to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for you and your guests upon arrival.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
