3000 sqft Industrial chic style creative event space and dance studio located in trendy Seminole Heights, ten minutes from Downtown Tampa features 20 ft tall ceilings, 8 ft tall mirrors on casters to configure and customize the space for any type of event; video and photoshoots, dance classes, art exhibits, networking and social events, corporate meetings, seminars, etc. Separate dressing room with green room style mirrors and lighting. Space includes 4 hightop tables and 7 matching barstools, 12 metal chairs complimentary Round/Rectangular tables, chairs, linens, etc. are all available as add-ons.

If trash cans have been used, please take out the trash bags and dump them in bins outside. Replace trash bags from supplies closet. Cleaning supplies closet has all necessary supplies. Please sweep and mop if any spills. Rearrange any furniture items moved.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
