About the Space
The main house is small but cozy with original floors. You will have access to the living room/studio (if you actually want to use the gear there will be additional engineer fees and studio costs reach out for more info), the bathroom with vintage green tiled floors, the drum recording room, the patio, and the massive and landscaped backyard with two flat tiers and a full orchard on the hill with citrus, pomegranate, avocado, loquat, nectarine, baby plum and apple trees and more.
Great location to shoot a BTS creation video in the living room studio, photo & video shoots in the backyard, basically a functional work/live style setup in a cool north east LA style.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
