Victorian Cincinnati Swiss Chalet Style House

The house is a Victorian Swiss chalet style that was popular in Cincinnati at the time. The house is available for photography and production. The rooms that are available include a foyer, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a family room. The foyer, living room and dining room have "modern" Victorian decor, while the kitchen has a modern take on 1950's atomic aesthetic. The family room, which has mid-century modern furniture, is open to the kitchen. The foyer features a grand staircase and the dining room has a curved wall with three curved glass windows. The wrap around porch that having stone Richardsonian walls is also available for shooting. There are also rooms available for temporary equipment storage and staging. The house was built in 1901 by Samuel Murray, who worked at the nearby US Playing Card factory as a vice president. In the 1940s an optometrist operated his practice in an addition that includes the family until the early 2000s.
