Numerous parking choices are conveniently located near our venue. The most proximate option is on Duplex Ave, the same street as the venue, allowing guests to park on the street and easily walk to our entrance. The available parking spots on Duplex Ave typically accommodate up to 70-80 guests. Additionally, alternative parking facilities are situated on Finch Street and Yonge Street, including the Finch Subway Parking Station(Free on Weekends), which is approximately a 3-4 minute walk from our venue.

In our commitment to creating a secure and enjoyable environment for everyone, we have established a set of guidelines that we kindly request all renters to adhere to. 1- Smoking inside the venue is strictly prohibited. 2- The number of guests during an event must align with the registered count at the time of booking. 3- The venue must be vacated promptly at the end of the reserved time. Late fees apply for overstays. 4- We do not assume responsibility for any stolen or damaged items belonging to renters or guests. 5- Renters are accountable for any damage or necessary repairs to the property or equipment during the rental period, covering the cost of replacements as needed. 6-We do not accept responsibility for injuries sustained by the host or guests during their events, regardless of the cause. It is the responsibility of the host to ensure a safe environment and take appropriate precautions to prevent accidents or injuries.
