About Health Foundry

The room with a view (of Waterloo Station, but still). Dr. Strangelove backs onto the car park with glimpses of one of London's busiest transport hubs. A gentle reminder that while you're in here solving problems, the world keeps moving outside. Comfortably seats 8 to 10 people around the table. You'll have access to a projector, whiteboards, a portable smart TV, and speakers. Unlimited teas and coffees available for an additional £3 per head. No catering is provided, but you can bring your own or order in. Our kitchen and amenities (microwave, fridge, cutlery, crockery) are yours to use.

We want to keep Health Foundry a clean and welcoming space for everyone. While we do provide daily cleaning, we kindly ask that you leave the space as you found it. 🧹 Our Cleaning Schedule – The office is professionally cleaned every day between 5 AM and 6 AM. 🧼 Disinfecting Wipes Available – You’ll find wipes in every room to clean surfaces if needed during your booking. 📦 Before You Leave, Please: ✔ Return furniture and equipment to their original positions. ✔ Dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided. ✔ Take all personal items and catering waste with you. ✔ Wipe down tables if food or drinks were used. Thank you for helping us keep Health Foundry a great space for everyone! 😊

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
