Beautifully maintained home available for film and photography. 17,000 sq ft of land and 2,000 sq ft of interior home is available for use. Home features plenty of natural light, large windows, and vaulted ceilings. Kitchen and Bathroom are decorated with beautiful wall paper. Back yard is privately surrounded by mature greenery, it features a large pool and spa. Host/Adult will be at the house for the duration of the bookings. 48 HOURS advance notice required for all bookings. Please contact Host if different production hours are needed.

House is throughly cleaned once a week by a professional cleaner. House is cleaned and disenfected on a daily basis - my family’s health is my first priority. If you are feeling ill, have COVID 19, Cold, or Flu symptoms please reschedule.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
