About Health Foundry
Our glass fronted main space is where ideas come to life. Flooded with natural light and opening onto our garden, this versatile area transforms to suit whatever you're planning: product launches, team workshops, panel discussions, networking events, or celebrations. Available evenings and weekends only (hosting charge of £15 per hour applies for out of hours support). The Space Holds up to 60 people comfortably. You'll have an L shaped bar and kitchen area, cosy breakout spaces for smaller conversations, and 2 person meeting booths when people need a quiet moment. What's Included Projector, whiteboards, portable smart TV, speakers, and hearing loop. Our kitchen and all amenities (microwave, fridge, cutlery, crockery) are yours to use throughout your booking. Unlimited teas and coffees available for an additional £3 per head. We don't provide catering, but you're welcome to bring your own or order in from the brilliant independent spots on Lower Marsh. Every booking supports our mission to keep rates affordable for the healthtech startups.

We want to keep Health Foundry a clean and welcoming space for everyone. While we do provide daily cleaning, we kindly ask that you leave the space as you found it. 🧹 Our Cleaning Schedule – The office is professionally cleaned every day between 5 AM and 6 AM. 🧼 Disinfecting Wipes Available – You’ll find wipes in every room to clean surfaces if needed during your booking. 📦 Before You Leave, Please: ✔ Return furniture and equipment to their original positions. ✔ Dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided. ✔ Take all personal items and catering waste with you. ✔ Wipe down tables if food or drinks were used. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
