Welcome to our studios! We're Baltimore's top destination for creators. Our warehouse features 8 pre built video/ photo sets, a dance/ rehearsal studio and 2 audio recording studios. Video/ Photo sets: -Classroom -Locker room -Laundromat -Corner Store -Artillery Room -Bar -LED Wall -LED Cube -Graffiti Ally When booking please notify us on what sets you would like to use. When choosing sets, we highly recommend booking 1 hour or more per set. For example, if you plan fro use 5 sets, we recommend that you book at least 5 hours.

Studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period. All heigh traffic surfaces are sanitized after each booking
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
