Naturalistic Modern Lodge in Serene Woodland Setting

Kings Woods Lodge was once a horse barn that has been converted into a naturalistic and modern lodge. It is situated on a serene 55 acre woodland estate just outside of Kingsville with stunning forest views. The driveway sets the stage for a truly special place as it winds through the trees leading back to the lodge. Guests booking the lodge have private access to the lodge, roughly 1 acre of parklike grasslands as well as over 20 acres of natural forest which includes a rustic bridge that crosses a creek. The lodge is an open concept design with vaulted 12' ceilings in the main living area and lots of natural light that floods through four large south facing patio doors. The layout features an open concept kitchen-dining and living room area which opens up to an expansive 500 square foot screened porch that overlooks the forest. Additionally, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. The living room has a floor to ceiling natural stone gas fireplace, 65" smart TV, shuffleboard table and lounge seating for 5-6 people. The dining area features a handmade live-edge table with seating for 8 as well as a coffee bar. The designer kitchen has a large island with seating for 4, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Each of the bedrooms are uniquely decorated with a woodland theme. The two luxurious bathrooms have rain head showers with glass doors.
