About the Space
The space is approximately 900 sq ft divided in 3 sections Bathroom Creative Area / Lounge Production / Recording Studio Production /Recording Room - up for booking is a recording studio with state of the art equipment . Apollo 8x interface . TF29 Copper Mic , Neuman TLM103 condenser Mic , Tubetech and much more hardware , equipped with Apple MacBook and pro tools The “Creative area” is set up w 2 large TVs , The latest XBOX w game pass , Large Couch and upon request for $150 an hour we can set up the video Podcast with 2 cameras and live stream capability . The entire place can be used for meeting with creatives , a gathering for friends or celebration , producing video or audio content . If you don’t know how to operate pro tools or the recording interface please let us know so we can set up a simple AUX cord and volume knob for your use. Add a ENGINEER OR PRODUCER to your experience. We can include a knowledgeable and certified audio engineer that can record and provide a professional premix of your project . Rates for recording engineer start @$40 per hour and can go higher depending on the engineer. Once you book we will send a menu of our engineers , keep in mind we also work with platinum producers that usually start at $100 an hour Smoking FEE $250 Comfortably fits 6-10 people in our entire space

After every booking bathrooms are cleaned and disinfected with Tilex for Bathroom and shower , Lysol, windex , and bio clean scoop for bathroom drain . Creative and production rooms are disinfected and wiped down. ,floors vacuumed swept and mopped with Pinesol
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
