This home is perfect for a corporate event, family gathering or a cooking demonstration. Architectural details such as a curved staircase with rod iron railings, a stone fireplace, cherrywood floors and a grand piano set the stage for an elegant gathering, while the teal leather sectional sofa and reclining dining room chairs make the space welcoming and comfortable. We have held parties of 8 to 50 people, including a dance party on the lawn. The living space has room for 20 people standing as does the deck off the living space. The living room has a sectional sofa and chairs that can seat 15, the dining table can seat 8, the islands can seat 8. The deck off the living space can seat 10 around the firepit. There are two additional dens and 2 additional decks that can seat 4 people each.
