You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio. The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. Also after booking you will get 2 video instructions - How to get in the building and find the studio space - How to use equipment - 1 x Neewer trigger (Canon/Nikon/Sony) - 2 x Profoto D500 - 2 x Arri light stands - 2 x Portable Rectangular Softbox 23.6" X 35.4" - 1 x 55" Octagon - 2 x C-Stand (only 1 arm) - 3 x sandbags Furniture: - Steamer - Clothing rack - Hangers - We have only two tables as in the photos: one make up table and one modern dining table - Blackout curtains - Furniture that you see in the pictures Fee for a fresh painted CYC wall $100 🎤 I can't guarantee that you will record clear audio in this space. Studio is not soundproof and is located near CTA subway green line. Usually It's pretty quiet in this studio, but you can hear train every 20 min. Sometimes you can hear my neighbors in the hallway. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
