A fashion business and a graphic design business occupy the offices and there is this huge space to share. This room is Ideal for your next workshop, sales meet or group catch up. There are plenty of shelves to display product and the space can be arranged as required for your next event. There is a kitchenette (no stove, small sink with cold water and a bar fridge) just adjacent to the workshop area and shared toilets down the hall. Wheelchair access early 2024, the lift installation is almost complete. A cleaning fee is included in the price however all rubbish must be taken down to the large bins, the room is to be left tidy.
