About the Space
This space gives new meaning to the "concrete jungle". Within our historic loft with moody 12' concrete ceilings, we have created an urban botanical jungle with a collection of over 300 plants, including several rare species, along with climbing vines attached to the walls. The only way they can thrive is with the abundant amount of sunlight from about a dozen windows facing South and West, which makes for some beautiful ambient lighting. The icing on the cake is the spiral staircase that leads to a rooftop patio, complete with a pergola, bistro lights, and patio furniture. Guess what else is up here... More plants! Another location completely with similar lush, green, botanical vibes. Plenty of foreground elements, and shadow-play to be had with a camera here. The loft comes complete with a kitchen, full bathroom (with steam shower, another mini-location), and an additional room for talent/props/wardrobe/production home base with a full-sized mirror.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
