Equipped with wifi, hardwood floors, plants, Details: - Plenty of natural light (We do have blinds but no blackout curtains)💡 - While Video can be done in the studio we are by a main street so expect a bit of road noise. *Please Note*: Space is NOT soundproof MUST include load in and load out times, in your booking time

We sanitize the space between each booking. We also hire professional cleaners weekly. If the studio is left in a messy state cleaning fees will be leveraged on the guest.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
