About the Space
The historic home of Charles & Henry Ringling of circus fame. Period furniture & decor including large rooms with pocket doors, fireplaces, stained glass windows and hardwood floors. Modern updates including fast Wifi, and air conditioning. Activities that work well in our space include: 1. Events, Bridal showers, Wedding showers, Birthday parties, Retirement parties, Wedding Anniversaries, 40 people maximum for hors d'oeuvres, sit-down dining capacity 28 people 2. Indoor Weddings for 40 people or less, 25 capacity for indoor ceremony. Must rent all 6 bed & breakfast rooms to schedule event 3. Outdoor weddings for 125 people or less, must rent all 6 bed & breakfast rooms to schedule event. 4. Business Meeting for up to 12 people. Great Wi-Fi, available on request: printer, projector, screen. Up to 8 rooms available for lodging if needed.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The house is cleaned between events, and room changes. All linens are washed using the sanitize function on the wash machine. We also use UV-C sanitation lights between guests to santize all surfaces.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
