About the Space
Large property with an open, breezeway style barn and numerous horse stalls, a riding paddock, tack room, etc. An old tractor may be added. Additional fee for tractor only if driven. There are currently two horses on the property. Located in West Lancaster relatively close to the 14 freeway. The barn/stall area is in the back of the property. We can't get the tier pricing to work, but expect a minimum of $95 per hour and up. Discounts may be available for students or multiple day shoots. Additional fees for large shoots with many cast and crew. Custom rates to be discussed.

Health and Safety Measures
The areas for rent are mostly outdoor spaces. They are kept in good condition. Normal cleaning, weeding, etc. will be performed.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
