The contemporary main residence offers an open kitchen and living area, indoor and outdoor breakout spaces, Wi-Fi, tables, chairs, a whiteboard and parking. It is best suited to executive retreats, leadership sessions, strategy workshops, presentations, interviews and small team gatherings that benefit from privacy and a memorable setting. The space is configured for up to 20 attendees. The base rate covers up to 10, with attendee pricing for groups of 11–20. The detached loft/guesthouse is separate inventory and is included only when specifically confirmed in the reservation or custom offer. Please share your seating layout, technology needs, catering plans and vehicle count before booking. Setup, breakdown and cleanup must be included within the reserved time.
