About the Space
Located in the Heart of Little Italy and just a few blocks away from the J-N-Q-R-Z-6 lines. This recently renovated facility can be used for cocktail parties, intimate events, photo shoots, corporate off sites and more! The space can be set up with the following options: 65" TV, portable bar, red carpet with photo backdrop (perfect for events), cocktail tables/cocktail chairs. Four zones of lighting and sound enable you to set the mood for your event. With prior permission / approval, the entire facade can be opened, giving your event an indoor-outdoor feel. On-site concierge also available at a nominal charge to help staff your event.

Cleanliness is taken very seriously at the event space and surfaces, floors, and bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in between events. Additionally, cleaning supplies will be on hand for additional cleaning during the event.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
