Here is our cleaning process to ensure the warehouse remains in top condition: Professional Cleaning Services: After each use, our warehouse undergoes a thorough cleaning by professional cleaners, ensuring all areas are sanitized and prepared for the next guests. High-Touch Surfaces: We pay special attention to high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, equipment, and furniture, disinfecting them with EPA-approved products. Ventilation: Post-event, we ensure the space is well-ventilated, allowing fresh air to circulate and minimize airborne contaminants. Supplies: We provide guests with access to hand sanitizers, disposable gloves, and disinfectant wipes to use during their time in the warehouse. Waste Management: All trash is promptly removed from the premises and disposed of properly to maintain a clean environment. Restrooms: If applicable, our restrooms are cleaned and restocked with soap and paper products after each event. Equipment: All photography and videography equipment is wiped down and sanitized before and after each use. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
