Key Features for Suite 6: • Max Capacity: 20 guests • Accessibility: Located on the lower level, accessible by stairs (not handicap accessible) • Furnishings: Includes two 4-ft tables, two 6-ft tables, and 20 folding chairs; 5 rolling office chairs available upon request • Parking: Well-lit private parking lot with entry from the back of the building • Natural Light: Large window provides daylight in the suite • Outdoor Patio: Access included; smoking allowed only on the patio ($250 fine for indoor smoking) • Event Hours: All events must end by 1:30 AM Additional Amenities: • Comfortable setup options with versatile furniture • Quiet, private space ideal for meetings, events, or productions • Self-service rental: Set up your way This building features multiple rental spaces with shared amenities, including a kitchenette on the lower level (stair access) and two restrooms. Please use the restroom located on the same floor as your rental. (Behaving in an unsafe way to any of the other renters will result in a $100 fee) interaction is kept to a minimum.

Guests are required to leave the space as they found it.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
