Do you need access to a spacious gym/fitness facility to host a personal training session, group class, workshop, or other event? We would love to accommodate you and your clients or group, large or small. Our top class 9000+ square foot facility includes a 5600 square foot gym with equipment by Rogue, Woodway, TRX, and more as well as ample turf space, one lane of Mondo sprint track, and much more. Rental typically includes access to our elite recovery amenities: cold plunge, infrared sauna, infrared panels, as well as additional recovery tools by Hyperice, Normatec, and more. Rental may also include use of our conference room with casual table, chairs, and whiteboard, if this is of interest to you, please note in your booking request. Access to bathrooms, showers, and locker rooms all stocked with premium amenities also included. Please note: Our space is large and many of our renters are able to accomplish their purpose without requiring fully exclusive use. Baseline price listed applies to shared, non-exclusive usage during our normal hours of operation. Custom quotes will be provided for exclusive/off-hours usage.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
