About the Space
Our space is located in an old style motel that has been changed to art studios. The parking lot and building is muraled within the interior of our unit renovated into a rainbow maximalist artshop. The space is best used for filming or photoshoots. It is on the main floor so very accessible, and near the 8, 3, 19, 99, and 9 buses. It is also a 10 minute walking distance from the Main Street Skytrain or Broadway Cambie Canada Line.

We clean the store twice a week after each time it is open regularly. We also clean after each rental.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
