The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a sitting area with a deck - look beyond the bay and you can see Onset Beach and the Cape Cod Canal. The house is steps from the beach and all rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor have water views. The basement floor has a tv sitting area, a gym, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a large open area. There is also an adjacent waterfront lot avail. The location is awesome! It is a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with lots of privacy. The house is located before the Cape bridges so no need to fight traffic - 30 minutes to Hyannis, 45 minutes to Providence and 1 hour to Boston.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
