Our spaces: The Garden: Your cocktail hour will come to life amidst beautiful seasonal flowers blooming, delicate ferns unfurling, and golden grasses swaying gently in the breeze. It's an enchanting backdrop for your team to relish in meaningful conversations and build stronger bonds. The Warehouse: Your workshop will be inspiring as abundant natural light flows in through skylights set on 25-foot ceilings and custom cedar walls radiate warmth. The Warehouse event space provides the perfect environment for creativity, collaboration, and productivity. Moreover, the garden is only steps away, so your group can take breaks throughout the workshop to recharge amongst the plants and in the sunlight. The Treehouse: Tucked away within the garden, The Treehouse offers a cozy space for up to six guests. It adds an exclusive touch to any event as a wonderful space for focused discussion, VIP meetings, small breakout sessions, or quiet reflection. Rose's Room: Rose's Room is a private catering space that offers everything needed for seamless service, from a commercial fridge and an ample prep area to a breakout space for up to 12 guests. The wall of Rose's Room opens to the garden, so the beauty of nature will enrich your experience just steps away. Mezzanine Lounge: We love our Mezzanine Lounge for its casual feel with comfortable couches and seating ideal for informal meetings or a private conference room for up to 6 people. The Mezzanine Lounge features a cozy seating area that with an attached private balcony perfect for small meetings.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
