ABOUT THE STUDIO: A 1,270sqft soundproof infinity cove studio, with pre-lit U-shape cove (W) 9.2m x (Left) 4.2m x (Right) 6.2m x (H) 4m.  
The studio has a large open plan area for shooting, and a wide shutter door for load-in access making it suitable for all kinds of shoots including set builds. The cove comes pre-lit with Chroma-Q Space Force LED lights mounted onto the overhead lighting rig. There is 3 phase 32 amp power as well as single phase 32, 16 and 13 amp. The studio has been sound-treated with insulated sound walls, Silent Roof treatment, and ABS acoustic treatment, making it a great space for recording sound. 

 Included in your hire is a comfortable green room with natural light, equipped with a kitchenette, large table, sofas, bluetooth speaker and a private WC. There is a separate glam room with a Hollywood-style mirror, steamer, clothing rail with hangers and an iron and board. There is also an accessible WC and step-free access throughout.  There are 3 paid parking spaces. Please let us know in advance if you will be needing parking and/or loading access. We can advise on further parking and local amenities. We have our own in-house kit hire service and are well connected with local kit hire companies so if there is anything you need - just ask! In addition we have a wide variety of props to rent including plinths, scenic flats, coloramas and backdrops. We are a small and friendly team who want the studio hiring process to be as easy and no-nonsense as possible! OVERTIME £225 +VAT per unplanned overtime hour £250 +VAT per unplanned overtime hour (after 9pm) £300 +VAT per unplanned overtime hour (after midnight) DISCOUNTS FOR STUDENTS, SMALL CREWS, OTHER VAT at 20%. Please enquire for event rates or multi-day bookings. Unplanned overtime begins to be charged 15mins after your shoot time ends.
