Our gallery, studio and event space in Hackney is East London’s most versatile, creative venue. All hires support emerging artists and the creative community through our grant and residency programs, as well as providing the local community access to arts and culture. Originally a 1950s textile warehouse, the building features its original floor tiles, vast ceilings, and exposed brickwork. The interior has been impeccably designed and furnished with flexibility of use in mind. Situated in the heart of London's creative community, the venue boasts a large event space with a drop-down projector and PA system, blank-canvas gallery space, cozy break-away lounge, fully equipped kitchen ideal for nibbles or fully-fledged catered events, workshop areas, accessible toilets & showers, secret garden, and a private wellness/mothers room. Our space is cleaned on a daily basis by a team of professional cleaners, with emphasis on vital shared spaces such as the kitchen and the bathrooms.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
