About the Space
The exterior features large sliding windows that open up to the street on Pico Blvd. Inside the bar is a modern chic design, with nightly romantic lighting, adjustable neon lights, 40ft. backlit full bar. Soft seafoam green lounge areas and a large sound system. There is also a DJ booth and dance area that measure approximately 40ft. by 30ft. This space is great for film and photography, most of the interior is new and very clean. The long bar is perfect for scenes with small groups, the lounge area is good for a dance scene, open mic night, poetry, and more. This is a very versatile space with room for additional lighting.

The space is professionally cleaned each night, so it's prepared daily for rentals. All surfaces are disinfected and properly cleaned.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
