Colorful 3Bed/2Bath House with Large Floored Space in Garage
About the Space
Hello! This is your normal, run-of-the-mill suburban 3 bed/2 bath house with a colorful interior paint job. I put flooring in the garage (it is 2 cars and pretty large), and the walls are bare and painted white. Currently, there is a couch, coffee table, and ping pong table, but anything can be brought in or taken out. This would be a great space for filming as it is large enough to fit any necessary equipment or crew and can be transformed to look like just about any room. Any part or portion of the house (or the entire space) can be rented out. If you are shooting or otherwise using the space for multiple days, you are welcome to leave equipment at the house, if you choose.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
