About the Space
Our property is well-suited for both interior and outdoor photo and video shoots, as well as special events. If you're seeking a Pacific Northwest beach ambiance, our private beach access is just a three-minute drive away. The ferry ride from Mukilteo to Clinton creates a memorable experience on the strip. During your photo shoot, make sure to capture every moment as you travel to our house. Our home was originally designed and constructed in spring of 2021. The home interior has been thoughtful created by the homeowners with uniquely designed objects, vaulted ceilings, furniture and textiles. Additional hardscapes were installed to accommodate easy access for our guests. Level, lush green back yard, surrounded by trees make this place truly a private home feeling. Whether you decide to spend your time venturing out on whale-watching adventures, spend time in down town Langley or embark on a scenic hike in Deception Pass State Park, this charming Pacific Northwest home will serve as the perfect home base!

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
