Photoshoots, intimate birthdays, bridal shower, baby shower, business pop-up shop, music video, workshop, meet ups, etc. Space include 360 sqft cottage, 150 sqft patio, outdoor shower, and property's backyard. Large windows with natural lighting and sheer window drapery, WiFi, furniture, props inventory, reflector, standing mirror, coffee/tea station, private restroom, microwave and fridge for storing personal beverage/food. Private detached guest house located on the North Shore of Oahu, 5 min. from the beach and historic Haleiwa Town. Short drive to Waimea, Sunset Beach and Pipeline. Close to restaurants, shopping, surfing, diving and bike path. This cozy one bedroom cottage is separate from the main house with its own private entrance, kitchen, full bath, outdoor patio, and outdoor shower. FREE PARKING!! Air conditioning! Hours are by appointment only 10:00am - 6:00pm Monday - Sunday.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
