Pre-Event Cleaning: - Before each booking, our space undergoes a thorough cleaning process to ensure that all surfaces, floors, and furnishings are sanitized and free of debris. - All high-touch surfaces, including doorknobs, light switches, countertops, and restroom fixtures, are disinfected using industry-standard cleaning products. - Floors are swept, mopped, or vacuumed as needed to remove any dirt or debris. Post-Event Cleaning: - After each booking concludes, our team conducts a comprehensive post-event cleaning to restore the space to its original condition. - All surfaces are thoroughly wiped down and disinfected, and floors are cleaned to remove any spills or stains. - Trash and recycling bins are emptied, and linens (if provided) are laundered or replaced with fresh ones. - Restrooms are sanitized, and toiletries are restocked as needed. Guest Responsibilities: - While we strive to maintain a clean and inviting environment, we ask that guests respect the space and clean up after themselves during their stay. - Guests are responsible for disposing of trash and recyclables in designated bins and for cleaning up any spills or messes promptly. - Please refrain from moving furniture or equipment without prior approval to prevent damage to the property. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
