Situated right on camelback road and 44th street this airy, clean and bright space is perfect for anything you need to film. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for food production. Large 10’ white and black drop down backdrops. Parking is plentiful and the space has a separate service entrance. There is a second utility kitchen not pictured with the full fridge, another sink, and lots of counter space.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
