- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

As always, this is a wonderful cozy space to work in, and Yasmin is the perfect host! I should also mention that this time we were able to be comfortable, taking pictures on the balcony, despite the chilly weather (+2 C), because the sun warmed up the balcony to a point where it was actually quite pleasant there!

I have already explained here why I like this little gem of a space so much — several times, lol! But let me add one other thing that I really appreciate about it: Yasmin supports "Instant Book". I had actually engaged another space already when the owner had to cancel, leaving me with only a couple of days to find an alternate location. Thanks to Yasmin, I had my alternate location in minutes, and I can't thank her enough!
