The office comes with all the amenities one can expect from a corporate office, but all the sophisticated and dashing looks that run through Minty Living's DNA. The space is located in Inman Park, surrounded by parks, coffee shops, and great restaurants. Important Guidelines for Your Rental NO Rear Patio Access Please do not enter or film in the rear patio space—it belongs to our neighbors and is not included in your rental. The adjacent property is a restaurant, so you may hear light dining noise during their business hours: Monday–Friday after 5 pm and Saturday–Sunday during brunch hours. If sound is a concern for your project, plan your entry or recording times accordingly. NO EXTERIOR SHOTS OR USE: No exterior shots are permitted. The landlord and neighbors require that all activity remain inside the office only. Do NOT block sidewalks either. Quickly bring all equipment inside. Insurance Requirement A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required for every rental. Please provide this documentation prior to your booking date.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
