Direct drive up loading docks will make your production team work effectively as they are able to manage gear and equipment directly from their trucks instead of taking valuable floor space to stage equipment. That means more floor space for the production or however you need the studio to be configured.

The studio is maintained in a meticulous way to create the best experience for our clients and guests. We expect the same from our clients for returning the space the way we delivered it to you. Trash, recycling, and compost should be placed in their proper receptacles in the parking lot. Don't hesitate to inquire if you have any questions about the cleaning process.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
