About Homestead Modern
One of the most iconic architectural gems in the High Desert is placed among boulders as if it landed at night. This home sits on a secluded perch in one of the area’s most exclusive neighborhoods - Rock Reach. Overlooking 440 private acres with a landscape that rivals any location in the Joshua Tree National Park, the Black Desert House is a luxury oasis with a hot tub and heated pool that remains connected to the elemental rawness of the desert.

Health and Safety Measures
As the only professional management company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards. We pay above the living wage standards; 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. We love the High Desert for a lot of reasons - including the open spaces, lack of crowds, and dry weather that we believe make it a safe place to visit.
