About the Space
Already furnished with beautiful hardwood floors. Great for baby showers, small birthday parties, business and casual events or presentations (two 70 inch TVs). Also very nice for photo shoots and music videos. I just had a photo shoot here and the natural sunlight that comes in made them come out very clean! Comfortable for about 50 guests.

Although we have a cleaning lady that cleans everyday and we do our part in between bookings, we still expect you to be respectful and take any major belongings with you and trash. This helps us all keep this space clean and available for everyone at the appropriate times.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
